Questions

What do I need?

Chrome, Edge or Brave, and a Loom workspace linked to an Atlassian Cloud site. Your Atlassian admin must allow the Rovo MCP connection. Signing in with an API token also needs admin permission; otherwise use "Sign in with Atlassian".

Which videos are included?

Videos you own, and optionally videos shared with you. You only ever see what Loom already lets you see.

Are timestamps and speakers included?

Yes, when Atlassian provides them. If a transcript arrives without timestamps you still get TXT, Markdown, JSON and CSV; SRT and VTT are skipped for that video.

Do you see my transcripts?

No. Transcripts travel from Atlassian straight to your browser and are zipped on your computer. We have no server that receives them.

How does the free version work?

Free exports include up to 5 transcripts at a time, in every format. Pro removes the limit for a one-time payment.

Is this made by Loom or Atlassian?

No. It's an independent tool built on Atlassian's official interface. Loom is a trademark of its owner.
